• As a Finance Transformation Lead, responsible for implementing Global Virtual Credit Cards (GVCC) as new means of payment that adds value and simplifies the way Hotelbeds does business with hoteliers.
• As a Product Manager, in charge of setting a Virtual Credit Card product vision and strategy.
• As a Digital Payments Manager, converting payments into a revenue generating stream, defining the strategy required to maximize EBITDA contribution to the business and accelerating the transformation of the hotel onboarding process

Main achievement and at the same time, challenge was to ensure efficient resources management and ways of working that allowed to assume business increase. Therefore, define and implement structural and organizational changes accordingly with business development and requirements, which implied, among other things, key process changes or new implementation, ERP migration, third parties’ compliance policies agreement.

My professional accomplishment was completing audit projects successfully applying not only Spanish regulations (PGC) but also IFRS and US GAAP rules. Moreover, these projects belong to companies of different sectors, highlighting manufacturing companies (Comsa-Emte), service companies (Hesperia and NH Hotels) health sector and foundations ((Fundació Junta Constructora del Temple Expiatori de la Sagrada Família, Fundació Privada i Fundació Privada de Gestió Sanitària de l’Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau y Hospital Clínic i Provincial de Barcelona).
Additionally, I have always been passionate about the power of learning and teaching to help others succeed and I had the opportunity to train new hires, supporting them from a technical and professional point of view on their first weeks in the Company.
