To provide support to promote the sustainable growth of the company through the implementation of HBX Group’s sustainability strategy, «#Making the difference, to make tourism a force for good».

Accompany the team in the management of the initiatives corresponding to the three pillars: ENVIRONMENT, SOCIAL, AND GOVERNANCE, to achieve the objectives of the strategic plan and the 2030 agenda.

Reponsibilities:

– Collaborate in the management of volunteer actions in the different countries in which we operate, especially in the offices of Palma de Mallorca
– Active search for new corporate volunteering project opportunities at an international level
– Communication with social entities/ong
– Support in the decarbonization plan of the offices
– Belar for the digital growth of our forest
– Support in the elaboration of ESG reporting of the area
– Follow up on sustainability projects, programs, events and actions
