About this position:
In this role, you will run the Front of House. It is your responsibility that operational goals and objectives are reached. You will have a close relationship with the General Manager on what these goals are and how they are met.

• Be the glue that hold all service departments together
• High collaboration with office departments: Marketing, Reservations, HR, Accounting, Purchasing, Stock Management
• Responsible for ensuring a quality, professional and efficient service to customers
• Organize, direct and coordinate the work of the floor staff
• Ensuring a clean and clear flow of communication
• Recruitment of staff
• Creating staff work schedules
• Staff performance reviews & training
• Manage Daily Operations and POS functions
• Customer complaints management

Job Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience as maître or floor manager in high-level restaurants with a high volume of work (500 covers/service)
• Experience managing teams of 50 or more employees
• Fluent in English & Spanish, other languages will be a plus
• Leadership skills, teamwork skills
• Hospitality management studies
• Drivers licence
